Swabhumi, The Heritage Park

Once upon a time, where the land of Swabhumi now stands, was an enchanted hillock. And in that hillock there was a palace where lived the Happy Prince. He always believed that people had the option to do different things that made them cheerful. The subjects of Prince happiness were never at a loss to do varied jobs and enjoy themselves.

Swabhumi is located on the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass and opposite to the Salt Lake Stadium. The park lies adjacent to Subhas Sarovar Lake.

Swabhumi is one of the best heritage parks in the eastern sub region of India. The park is located in the eastern fringes of Kolkata city. The park with a natural hillock portrays the pristine beauty, wrapped in the warm aesthetic ambience. Swabhumi holds some mind blowing treasures of arts and crafts. The park with its rich collections continues to be one of the best visited parks in the city.

The park is one of the best places to look for antiquities, designer apparels, items for interior home decoration, popular arts and crafts articles, popular food of Indian sub continent and of course the best party place. Talking more about fun and partying, the Sabhaghar is exclusively meant for banquets, parties and conferences.
